Our company has received approval for the "Fiscal Year 2007 Strategic Base Technology Advancement Support Project" and is working on the development of metal separators used in fuel cell cells, with the Japan Metal Press Industry Association as the managing organization. Metal separators require high-density grooves that allow air and hydrogen to pass through, and the depth of these grooves is several times the thickness of the plate, which can cause warping and distortion during press processing. Miyoshi has solved these issues of warping, distortion, and thinning cracks with its unique methods. By mass-producing through press processing, we can address the cost issues of fuel cells and contribute to the establishment of a hydrogen energy society.
